PENGOLAHAN HASIL TANAMAN SINGKONG MENJADI PRODUK BOLA-BOLA SINGKONG DI KAMPUNG KARYA AGUNG, KECAMATAN NEGERI AGUNG, KABUPATEN WAYKANAN

چکیده
Pendapatan masyarakat Kampung Karya Agung yang didominasi oleh sektor industri pertanian terdiri atas singkong, karet, sawit, dan padi. Diantara beberapa hasil bumi tersebut salah satunya adalah singkong merupakan tanaman paling banyak dipanen namun tidak diolah secara maksimal di kampung tersebut, seluruh panen hanya didistribusikan kepada pengumpul pasar, banyaknya membuat para pasar sanggup untuk membeli kesuluruhan sehingga menyebabkan sisa terbuang sia-sia. Bedasarkan obervasi dilakukan bersama Ketua Lembaga Pengembangan Masyarakat (LPMK) Agung, maka peningkatan nilai tambah ekonomi pada menjadi suatu produk baru bagi yaitu mengubah kue dikemas bola-bola singkong. Dalam pelaksanaan pengabdian Kecamatan Negeri Kabupaten Way Kanan dilaksanakan selama 2 hari, dengan adanya program ini sangat terbantu dalam memaksimalkan potensi sumber daya lokal melimpah berupa awalnya dapat siasia setelah mengikuti mengolah menghasilkan olahan dari bahan dasar
